  1. Visit https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.

  2. Enter your email address and password, then click Login.

💡 If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the reset link in your email.

🧭 Step 2: Go to the Support Section

  1. From the main menu, click Support → Open Ticket.

  2. You’ll see a list of available departments, such as:

    • Website Support – for technical or WordPress issues.

    • SEO / Content Updates – for keyword or website text changes.

    • Billing Department – for invoices, payments, or account questions.

    • Google Business Profile / Local Listings – for profile edits or updates.

  3. Choose the department that best matches your request.

✏️ Step 3: Complete the Ticket Form

  1. In the Subject line, briefly describe your issue or request (e.g., “Update homepage banner” or “Billing question about invoice #1234”).

  2. In the Message box, include as much detail as possible:

    • Page URLs, screenshots, or examples.

    • Exact wording for text changes or updates.

    • Steps to reproduce an error (if technical).

  3. Attach any supporting files or images by clicking Choose File or Upload.

💡 The more details you provide, the faster our team can resolve your issue.

  1. Once your form is complete, click Submit Ticket.

  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket ID.

  3. To track your ticket, go to Support → My Tickets at any time.

📨 You’ll be notified by email when we reply or complete your request.

🧾 Step 5: Review and Close the Ticket
