📈 How to Submit a Support Ticket for SEO or Content Updates
Need to request SEO updates, content changes, or help with your Google Business Profile? You can easily submit a support ticket to the TK Internet Marketing team directly through your Client Area.
🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area

Visit https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.

Enter your email address and password, then click Login.
💡 If you don’t remember your password, click Forgot Password? and follow the instructions in your email.
🧭 Step 2: Go to the Support Section

From the main navigation, click Support → Open Ticket.

Choose the most relevant department for your request:

SEO / Content Updates — for keyword edits, meta tags, blog posts, or site text updates.

Google Business Profile / Local Listings — for updates to your business hours, photos, or services.

Click Next to open the ticket form.
✏️ Step 3: Provide Details About Your Request

In the Subject line, briefly describe your request (e.g., “Update homepage meta title” or “Add new blog post”).

In the Message box, include as much detail as possible:

Page URLs or sections to update

Target keywords or focus phrases

Any text or media files to include

Attach screenshots, documents, or images if needed using the Upload Files option.

📊 Step 4: Track Your Ticket Status

Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your ticket ID.

To check progress, click Support → My Tickets in your Client Area.

Click the subject line of your request to view updates or reply with additional details.
🕒 Most SEO or content update requests are reviewed within one business day.
💾 Step 5: Review Completed Updates
After your changes are made:

You’ll receive a confirmation email when the request is complete.

Review your website or listings to confirm updates.

Reply to your ticket if you need further adjustments — our team will follow up promptly.
