🔑 How to Change or Reset Your Email Password in cPanel

If you forget your email password or need to update it for security, you can easily reset it through your TK Internet Marketing Client Area or directly in cPanel.
This guide shows both methods step-by-step.

🔐 Step 1: Log In to Your Client Area

  1. Visit https://clients.tkinternetmarketing.com/clientarea.php.

  2. Log in with your registered email address and password.

  3. Go to Services → My Services → View Details for your hosting plan.

  4. Click Login to cPanel to access your hosting dashboard.

✉️ Step 2: Access the Email Accounts Section

  1. In cPanel, scroll down to the Email section.

  2. Click Email Accounts.

  3. You’ll see a list of all email addresses set up under your domain.

⚙️ Step 3: Change or Reset the Password

  1. Find the email address you want to update and click Manage.

  2. In the Security section, look for New Password.

  3. Enter your new password manually or click Generate to create a strong one automatically.

  4. Click Update Email Settings to save your changes.

💡 Choose a password that’s at least 12 characters long with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

💻 Step 4: Update Password on Your Devices

After changing your password in cPanel, you must also update it in all mail apps that use that address (Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhone Mail, Android Gmail app, etc.).

  1. Open your mail app’s account settings.

  2. Locate your Incoming (IMAP) and Outgoing (SMTP) password fields.

  3. Replace the old password with your new one.

  4. Save and test by sending an email.

🔁 Step 5: Reset Forgotten Password (if you can’t log in)

If you can’t access your email because you forgot your password:

  1. Log in to your Client Area (not your email).

  2. Click Services → My Services → View Details → Login to cPanel.

  3. Go to Email Accounts → Manage next to your address.

  4. Enter a new password and click Update Email Settings.

💡 You don’t need to know the old password to reset it in cPanel — only Client Area access is required.

🧠 Step 6: Test the New Password

Try logging in through Webmail to confirm your password works:

  1. Visit https://yourdomain.com/webmail.

  2. Enter your full email address and the new password.

  3. If it logs in successfully, your reset is complete.
